SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at MJ SPORT STORE are first-line quality products, shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes between 15 to 40 business days (on average, after the product is shipped), depending on the location. The product will be shipped within 10 days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip may take 1 to 3 days to be confirmed in our system.
We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor the progress of their delivery through the postal service's website.
Attention: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, high demand periods at the postal service, and other factors outside our control.
We guarantee the delivery of the order and take responsibility for refunding the full amount for any products lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and tracking through the internet, ensuring 100% delivery guarantee.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days for free shipping or 50 business days for paid shipping, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.
Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. If you receive one product first and later another, don't worry, as this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped via the postal service or another carrier. A tracking code will always be provided so the customer can monitor the delivery progress. MJ SPORT STORE will guide customers on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available from MJ SPORT STORE.
The tracking code will be provided within 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
It may take 5 to 10 days for shipping information to appear on the postal service's website.
2. General Terms (ATTENTION)
2.1. Address Care
MJ SPORT STORE will send products to the address specified by the customer. To avoid any delivery issues, please be careful when entering your address.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Make sure someone will be at the address to receive the products. The postal service attempts to deliver the products three times, and if no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest postal agency. The recipient must pick it up within 7 calendar days. If not retrieved, the package will be returned to the sender, and new shipping fees will apply to resend the product.
Delivery attempt details and the agency address for pickup in case of absence are available in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the postal service's website using the provided tracking code.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
MJ SPORT STORE is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filled-out delivery addresses. If the address is wrong or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery fails due to an address discrepancy, the customer is not entitled to a refund and must pay a new shipping fee of 70 reais to resend the product.
2.4. Taxed and Charged Products
95% of orders placed at the store are delivered without any taxes or duties. However, in rare cases, certain shipments may be taxed by the Federal Revenue. In such cases, the postal service will send a letter to the customer’s address informing that the product was taxed and asking the customer to pick it up at the postal agency, paying the determined tax.
If this happens, MJ SPORT STORE will pay the tax for the product's release. Contact us via WhatsApp in case this occurs.
3. Return Policy for Uncollected Products
If the customer is notified that the product is available for pickup and does not retrieve it within the stipulated time, the refund will be subject to the following conditions:
Pickup Deadline
The customer will be informed that the product is available for pickup at the designated postal agency. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the product within the timeframe set by the postal service. After this period, if the product is not picked up, it will be returned to our distribution center.
Refund Process
Once the product is returned to our distribution center, we will start the refund process.
Refund Value
80% of the total purchase amount will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover operational costs, such as return logistics, storage, and administration.
Refund Processing Time
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after the product is received at our distribution center.
Refund Method
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product or regret your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Conditions for an Exchange:
If you want to exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, i.e., in the same condition you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange:

Conditions for a Return Due to Regret:
If you regret the purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the receipt date.

Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. No additional cost for the refund will be incurred.
Defective Products:
According to Brazilian law, in case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
How to Request a Return for Defective Products:
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (with description, photos, or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method selected during the purchase. No additional cost for the refund.
How to Return Products:
As per consumer rights, the shipping costs for returning products due to regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through reverse logistics.
You will receive a posting authorization code via email after requesting an exchange or return, and you must send the product at a postal service agency. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest using the same packaging you received the product in (if not damaged) or a suitable box to protect the items during transport.
